This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for Buyers.

A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for assisting with offers and repair negotiations.

EXPERIENCE: Florida Real Estate license required. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial.
